Mr. Rigney's practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, particularly labor and employment matters, commercial disputes, class actions, and internal investigations. Before joining GVC Ltd., Mr. Rigney was a partner in the Chicago office of Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP. He has also counseled clients, practiced litigation, and managed attorney practice groups at BP America Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the premier global integrated oil company. Prior to BP, he was a partner at Jenner & Block in Chicago.
