Michael Rigney is a partner in Kelley Drye's Chicago office, reporting on civil appeals decided by the Seventh Circuit.    

Mr. Rigney's practice focuses on most aspects of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, property contamination claims, general environmental concerns, personal injury and chemical exposure actions, regulatory investigations, class actions, and internal investigations. Before joining Kelley Drye, Mr. Rigney counseled clients, practiced litigation, and managed attorney practice groups at BP America Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the premier global integrated oil company.  Prior to BP, he was a partner at Jenner & Block in Chicago.
